You have to watch what you buy. Some of the things are expired or due to expire. I have not gotten any thing spoiled there. A lot of the things are bent or dented or surplus but it is still good and you can save a lot of money shopping there. They sell a lot of bulk meat like ham and cheese and bologna. If you possess a slicer you are good to go. You can often buy a 10 or 20 lb box of breaded chicken breast strips for about $6 to $8 a box rither to cook or cooked just heat and serve.
